Tripreport - QATAR AIRWAYS Long-haul Economy Class Boeing 787 Dreamliner Flight Doha Airport to CPH

TripReports. Airline Trip Report - Qatar Airways Long Haul Inflight Flight Review. This is a flight review (Trip Report) of our Qatar Airways Boeing 787 Dreamliner Economy Class Long Haul flight from Hamad International Airport, Doha (DOH) to Copenhagen Airport (CPH). The video begins with our arrival, onboard a Qatar Airways Airbus A350 from Singapore. From this point the viewer follows us as we make our way from the plane and through the airport as transit passengers (we have a connection flight to Copenhagen).

After disembarking the aircraft we pass through airport security again, after which we arrive in the Doha Airport Departures Hall. We have a 7 hour wait at this airport before our Qatar Airways flight to Copenhagen departs, therefore we decide to buy lounge access to the Oryx Lounge so that we could be more comfortable and get some rest. When boarding time gets closer the viewer follows us on our walk from the Oryx Lounge, through Doha Airport and to our boarding gate. The boarding of our flight which is onboard a Qatar Airways Boeing 787 Dreamliner will be a tarmac boarding which means that we will be driven through Doha Airport to the aircraft by bus.

Once onboard the aircraft the viewer is briefly shown the Qatar Airways Business Class Cabin and then we make our way through the Qatar Airways Economy Class Cabins, where we will be sitting. During the flight we present the viewer with the Boeing 787 Dreamliner Safety Card, Qatar Airways Inflight Magazine, Qatar Airways Duty Free Shopping Catalogue, the Inflight Entertainment System (Oryx Entertainment System) which offers passengers a fantastic selection of inflight movies, tv programs, music, games, flight information and more. During the flight viewers will have views of the Economy Class cabin, including a tour of the lavatory, we will show you the Dreamliner seats and how far back they recline and of course we will present the inflight meals and inflight drinks that are served onboard this Qatar Airways Economy Class Flight. The video includes our approach, landing and disembarkation at Copenhagen Airport.

Our Opinion of our Qatar Airways Economy Class Flight onboard their Boeing 787 Dreamliner:
- The cabin crew were very professional, friendly and helpful
- The inflight meals were fresh, tasty and served at a good temperature
- The Oryx Inflight Entertainment System offers a fantastic selection of entertainment
which should keep most passengers entertained throughout their flight
- The legroom onboard this Boeing 787 Dreamliner was not enough for Maxi´s 186 cm height.
We have seen other YouTube flight reviews and Skytrax reviews mention this same issue.

Verdict:
Qatar Airways Economy Class is good value for money with friendly staff (cabin crew) and an overall
good product. We would fly with this airline again but will try to avoid routes flown with their
Boeing 787 Dreamliners, owing to the inadequate legroom for taller Economy Class passengers
(particularly when the seat in front is reclined).
