The fire in the 400 block of Church last night resulted in a home being gutted by fire. Two residents were rescued from the house and brought to hospital. Sadly one has since died from their injuries. A Transit Windsor bus was brought to the scene to help with rehab for the firefighters as the cold temperatures made conditions difficult. The Ontario Fire Marshal will be attending the scene today.
