Today, I'll be showing you how to make fasolada, a traditional Greek soup that's both delicious and nutritious. Made with white beans, vegetables, and olive oil, this soup is perfect for any time of the year. It's easy to make and a great way to get your daily dose of fiber and protein.

►INGREDIENTS:
-1kg OF WHITE NAVY BEANS (DRIED)
-1 LARGE ONION DICED
-2 CARROTS DICED
-1 BUNCH OF CELERY DICED
-2 GARLIC CLOVES DICED
-1/2 CUT EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
-PEPPER
-SALT (SHOULD BE ADDED AT THE END OF THE COOKING PROCESS)
-GARNISH WITH FETA CHEESE
