Introduction to the HighScore Software

HighScore is an analysis software for X-ray powder diffraction experiments. It covers a wide range of analysis methods, from qualitative phase identification to profile fits and phase (Rietveld) fits for quantitative determinations, from graphical comparisons to the solution of inorganic crystal structures, from unit cell determinations to statistical evaluations like clustering, PLSR and t-SNE.
