When I mention systems, you might think of automations, standard operating procedures, leveraging what you do, or light touch outsourcing. These are important, but the crucial piece is often overlooked: how you see yourself grows your business.

It's about running a business rather than doing admin tasks; feeling comfortable creating space without filling it with more tasks, and stepping into being a leader. Becoming the captain of your ship, rather than running up and down the rigging adjusting the sails.
