FULL BODY DAY 1 -
-Leg curls
-RDL's
-Leg extensions
-Lat pulldown
-T bar
-Shoulder press
-Fly
-Calve raises

DAY 2 - 60 minutes of Zone 2 cardio

DAY 3 - HIIT session (Wattbike) with
- Single leg Romanian deadlift
- Bicep curls
- Tricep crossovers
- Captain's chair - abs

FULL BODY DAY 4
-Lat pulldown
-Seated chest press
-Lat row
-Lying shoulder raise
-Leg curls
-Leg press
-Leg extension
-Aductor

DAY 5 - Zone 2 cardio (60 minutes on bike)

FULL BODY DAY 6
-Leg curls
-Hip thrust
-Leg extensions
-Seated shoulder press
-Fly
-Reardealts
-Lat row
-Lat pulldown

REST DAY AND SAUNA SESSION

DAY 7 - Run day

DAY 8 - Yoga session

Like I said in the video, I am no way saying I am an expert or I know it all because I definitely don't.(I am still learning everyday myself)
