Ecological Approach to teaching Submission Grappling, focusing on framing against the hips and shoulders as a way to maintain space and control your partners ability to pin/pass/submit.

A full class from start to finish so you can see how someone who teaches using the EA structures a class.

The key for framing boils down to focusing on the hips and shoulders. All movement comes from the them being able to explore all degrees of freedom available, limit their ability to do so and you can shut down your partner with minimal effort.

Language may not be suitable for those under 18.
