There were only a handful off Atari 2600 games that had any depth to them, and Haunted House is one of them. You have to assemble pieces of a chalice and escape the house while avoiding bats, spiders, and ghosts. It's too bad only the first difficulty lets you actually see the damn house! All the rest are completely dark so you'll have to mash the flashlight button hoping it keeps working. Some stages troll you even more by losing your items when you get hit by a bat, etc. As a kid, I had no idea what the heck to do in this game but now I can see why Haunted House is an Atari classic.
