Police officer freaks out in the street over a camera

A police officer seemed freaked out by a mere camera lense to the point where he tries to hail down a police van/wagon (to assist him for the crime of filming on a public street, then lies about doing so...) he wanted to interrogate me over a mere camera on the street (no police stations or anything about, just a mere street which probabay has CCTV anyway..). The video shows the silly questions and freak out by cop.

The full story: I was walking a-long (opposite side of street) when i spotted two police officers hovering over a man who looked disabled-downs, this man was crying, i thought i would film for this mans safety from across the street however i soon realised that the police were not arresting the man or anything but rather just talking to him (as he must have had a minor car accident or something), so i decided to stop filming and carry on walking on, but i was spotted filming, so one officer decided to follow me and followed me down a big lenght of road before stopping me to talk to me about me filming, he even tries tailing down a police van to assist him with a completely nothing-senario so i then turned camera back on for the sillynesss which was about to happen.
