Working “in” is the new workout “out”. For this workout, all you need is a New Image FITT Cube, 15 minutes, and a want to get fit!

Here’s a beginner HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using the multi-functional gym in a cube.

There are 3 rounds. Each round has 5 exercises with 30 secs of work time and 30 secs rest time. I provide modifications if needed. If you want to make the workout more challenging, increase the amount of work time and decrease the amount of rest time.
