For this full body workout, all you need is a New Image FITT Gym, 25 minutes, and a want to get fit!
 
If you don’t have a FITT Gym, no worries at all! You can do the exercises with the minimal weight you have available at home or even just use your body weight.
 
There are 3 rounds. Each round has 7 exercises. You will perform 12 repetitions of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise. If you want to make the workout more challenging, increase the amount of repetitions and/or perform more rounds.
