Bogus Basin: Pine Creek Express

Installed in 1999 to replace a Yan double, this Doppelmayr detachable quad serves the far backside of Bogus and is by the longest lift on the mtn at just over a mile long, and the tallest vertical at 1,792ft. It serves a large amount of high intermediate and advanced terrain and has some of the most well liked terrain by locals. It’s the 2nd of two UNI-M (Spacejet) detachables at Bogus, the other being Deer Point Express. It uses UNI terminals with a top fixed drive and a bottom tensioned return, DT-104 detachable grips, EJ Chairs, a d standard restraint bars with traditional footrests. The lift is a vital piece of Bogus’s lift system and only running winters I see it remaining here for at least another decade if not longer.
