The third and final part in this series identifying OCPD covers the general prognosis of OCPD and all the known and available treatment options. This video is the most positive on the subject we’ve released yet. Yes OCPD is a serious personality disorder, but there are others like you that have beat it. It’s not possible to cure, but it is possible to minimize it to the point that you can have happy and successful relationships and lessen the anxiety and depression that go along with it. We cover such topics as therapy, medications (including SSRIs), healthy eating, exercising, group therapy, and much more.
