Needle: 4mm
Swatch & Guage: 4” X 4” = 16 STS X 24 ROWS with little bit stretched

My head circumference: 22”
Desire length: 21”
4” : 21” = 16” : [X STS]
4X = 21X12
4X=252
X=84

Cast on: 84 or Multiple of 2
R1: (K1, P1)
R2: (K1 in previous st, P1)
R3: (K1, P1 in previous st)
Repeat R2 & R3 until your desire length.
Stop after R2

Decreasing
DR1: (SSK) in round
DR2: ALL knit
Repeat DR1 & DR2 until 5 ~ 12 stitches left
