- 1 Medium Egg
- Pinch Of Salt
- 8 G Orange Zest
- 80 G Sugar
- 60 ML Cooking Oil
- 125 G Yogurt
- 140 G Flour
- 7 G Baking Powder
- Homemade Carrot Jam
- Some Sesame

✤ Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes

🧑‍🍳 Tips for baking cake:
- Be sure to sift the flour 1-2 times before use.
- Make sure, all the ingredients are out of the refrigerator and at room temperature, then add them.
- Insert the tooth pick into the cake, if tooth pick comes out clean without any cake sticking, it means the cake is perfectly done.
- Let the cake cool completely, then serve.
- Every oven is so different. The bake settings in my post is just a reference for you. You may need to experiment with your oven to know at which point of temp the cake will crack and adjust from there.
