粵語 | 星洲炒米 | 家庭式做法 | Singapore Rice Noodles

Ingredients:

2 rice noodles
2 eggs
1 cup shrimp
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
1/3 carrot
1/2 lb bean sprout
6-8 pieces of bbq pork
1 scallion
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of salt (for shrimp)
1/2 tbsp curry powder mix (before adding rice noodles)
1-2 tsp curry powder mix (after adding rice noodles)
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tsp hot chili oil (use tbsp if you prefer more spicy and oily)
1 tsp hot chili sauce
small amount of sesame seeds (optional)

材料:

2 個 米粉
2 個 雞蛋
1 碗 蝦
1 個 洋蔥
1/2 個 燈籠椒
1/3 個 紅蘿蔔
1/2 幫 芽菜
6-8 塊 叉燒
1 棵 蔥
2 瓣 蒜頭
1/4 茶匙 鹽
少許鹽 (放入蝦)
1/2 湯匙 咖喱粉 (米粉下鍋前和其他配料一起炒)
1-2 茶匙 咖喱粉 (米粉下鍋後放)
1 茶匙 蠔油
1 湯匙 生抽
1-2 茶匙 辣椒油 (想辣一點, 喜歡油一點便用湯匙量)
1 茶匙 辣椒醬
少許芝麻 (可免)
