Salmon Steak anyone?

Salmon Steak with Lemon Cream Sauce | 연어 스테이크

Today's menu is 'Salmon Steak with Lemon Cream Sauce'.
The sauce is really simple to make, and it goes really well with salmon.
You can replace chives with green onion if you want but it will taste quite different (Both versions are tasty).
If you like salmon, give it a try.

Ingredients:
Salmon: 150~200g
Garlic: 1 Clove
Lemon: 1
Chives: ?
Butter: 1 Slice
Cream: 100mL
White Wine: 50~100mL
Vegetable Oil: 4 Tbsp
Salt: ?
Black Pepper: ?
