Quick and easy char koay teow using TOKIT portable induction cooker | induction cooking for stir fry

Описание к видео Quick and easy char koay teow using TOKIT portable induction cooker | induction cooking for stir fry

TOKIT sent me their latest portable induction cooker, Razor Induction Cooker, to review. I want to keep it real. Straight out of the box. Plugged it in and cooked for the first time without any practice run. What you see in this video is the first time I have used this product to cook my favourite Penang street food called "Char Koay Teow" which is a stir fry flat rice noodle. It requires high heat to achieve that "wok hei" in the stir fry.

The ingredients I used to make this quick and easy char koay teow were 1 garlic (finely chopped), bunch of Chinese chives (cut into 2-3 inches section), 1 egg, 1 Chinese sausage or lap cheong, four fresh prawns (peeled and deveined), bean sprouts, flat rice noodles, light soy and caramelised dark soy (adjust to your own taste), and chilli sauce (adjust to your own taste). You can add other seafood or meat it's up to you.
