Fire engine breaks while responding with siren and lights

Описание к видео Fire engine breaks while responding with siren and lights

A Tyne and Wear Fire And Rescue Service Volvo FL fire engine breaks while responding to an emergency with siren and lights from Farringdon Fire Station in Sunderland, UK.

At 0:58 the 2009 fire engine pulls out of the fire station as a part of the vehicle snaps, causing the appliance to tilt over onto one-side.
1:36 is a slow-motion replay.

A much older Volvo FL fire engine from 2001 is brought into service in place of the broken fire engine.

Thankfully there were no injuries nor disruption to fire services in the Farringdon area of Sunderland.
