This is your practice video for Worldwide Workout 2024, where we attempt to break the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for largest high-intensity interval training class (multiple venues). Make sure you and your participants practice with this video prior to the event. It will help familiarize you with the choreography for the actual attempt.
