[2021/11] Coquihalla Highway - Hope to Kamloops BC - BC Highway 5 Northbound

We tackle British Columbia's Coquihalla Highway today, made famous by the TV Show Highway Thru Hell, starring Hope, BC based Jamie Davis Trucking. It

We will make an early Monday morning journey through the freeway route, opened in parts from 1986-1987. Starting from Hope, we begin on Trans Canada Highway 1, before splitting off onto Highway 5, we travel up to Coquihalla Summit, pass by Merritt, and hit Kamloops, a major traffic hub, where we meet up with Highway 1 again.

The Coquihalla is core route in the South Coast of BC, connecting Vancouver and Victoria, by road to Kamloops, Kelowna, and further destinations east.
