Brittany Ferries from Spain to Ireland (Bilbao to Rosslare) [#29 Euro Roadtrip]

Due to the red-listing of certain countries at the time of booking, I chose to take the car ferry from Bilbao back to Ireland and the only one available was Brittany Ferries. This is a popular choice, although the ship (the Connemara) is listed as an "Economie" option. I found the pricing anything but 'economie', but what is a 4 berth outside cabin like? And how do you film a travel vlog when people are banned from filming in the public areas?
