Stem removal on a Seiko 7T32 quartz chronograph watch movement in easy steps:

1. Pull the crown out to the first click.
2. Look for the word "push" with an arrow pointing to a hole. Use something with a fine point to push on the stem release dimple that appears in the hole.
3. While pushing on the dimple, gently pull the stem out.

To replace the stem, you don't need to push on the dimple again. Just push the crown and stem in slowly, wiggling it a bit if it gets stuck.
