Описание к видео Lathe Chuck Jaw Grinding Professional Proven Performance

Machining several parts using the Cushman 6" 3 jaw chuck after regrinding the jaws in previous videos, it is retested for run-out. This truing in scroll chucks is critical for efficient machine work in hydraulics in particular. I describe how I took a used back mount standard lathe chuck converted it to front mount and enlarging the center hole from 1" to 2", restoring the internal fit of the scroll to be able to reach .0005" consistent run-out on multiple diameters that is critical for increased over all accuracy and work flow Also some fun to machine and useful battery adapters for a vintage Nikon F camera and an adapter to convert from irritating C batteries to economical AA batteries for an SPI Scale Loupe illuminator.
