vegetarian jollof rice

INGREDIENTS: * 1 cup roasted & and DeHydrated red bell peppers (substitute with 1 tbsp paprika, and 1/2 tbsp Smoked paprika)
2 habanero chilis. (Adjust amount to your taste)
1/6 cup olive oil to blend dehydrated peppers (omit If paprika powder Is used Instead)
2 cups Thinly sliced shallot onions
3 tbsp olive oil for frying jollof base
1 tsp salt (adjust to your taste)
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/4 tsp aniseed
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
3 cups washed jasmine or long grain rice
16 flOz vegetable broth (substitute with 2 & 1/2 cups water In total)
additional 1/2 cup water If broth is used
