𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙥𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙫/ 𝙥𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙤.
𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣:
Chicken- 750 gms
Curd- 1 cup
Chillipd- 1 tsp
Turmeric pd - 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste -1 Tblsp
Tomato - 1 chopped
Salt - as per your requirement.

𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙤:
Oil -3 to 4 Tblsp
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Black cardamom - 1
Star anise - 2 small
Peppercorns - a few
Cloves - 5 to 6
Bay leaves - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 3 cut in half lengthwise
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tblsp
Onions -2 sliced
Potatoes- 2 cubed
Garam masala pd - 1 tsp
Homemade spice pd - ( Nutmeg 1 tiny pc + green cardamom 2 + Mace/ javitri 2 tiny pcs + Fennel 1 tsp) all ground together.
Green coriander - 1 small bunch chopped.
Water - 5 cups
Salt- as per your requirement.
Use the same cup that you used to measure the rice, to measure the water as well.
Basmati rice - 500 gms/ 2+1/2 cups. ( washed and soaked for 15 mins)
Ghee - for flavour 1 or 2 Tblsp

Coal 2 to 3 pcs
