This video explains how PhysioSensing handles the mCTSIB protocol.

The modified Clinical Test of Sensory Interaction on Balance is a protocol which provides critical information about postural control/static balance under various sensory conditions:
1. Stable surface, eyes open
2. Stable surface, eyes closed
3. Unstable surface, eyes open
4. Unstable surface eyes closed

So how does the protocol work?

Start by stepping into the PhysioSensing platform.

While keeping the feet in place, hit "Start" and follow the instructions on the screen.

PhysioSensing will track your body sway three times for all four conditions.

Conditions 3 and 4 require the use of an unstable surface. PhysioSensing includes one unstable surface in the box.

At the end of the protocol, the results appear. The mCTSIB protocol is designed to help the clinician assess balance dysfunctions. Abnormal response is signalled in red. Healthy values are displayed with green.

At the end you can generate a clinical report with results and progress in PDF or Excel file. Here, all your data is recorded and can be further analysed by the healthcare profissional.

Use PhysioSensing to measure, practice, and improve your balance!
