Kid’s Easy Lunch Box Ideas | Vegetable Pancakes | Healthy Breakfast Recipe |Easy Snack Recipe

Ingredients-
Onion- 2
Capsicum- 1
Carrot- 1
Cabbage- 250 gms
Potato- 1
Garlic- 2-3
Green chillies- 2
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
Gram flour/Besan- 1 cup
Rice flour- 1/4 cup
Salt- 2 tsp
Chat masala- 1 tsp
Cumin- 1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida/Heeng- 1/4 tsp
Water- 2-3 tsp
Cooking oil- 1-2 tbsp

Directions-
1. In a bowl mix together sliced onion, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, potato, finely chopped garlic, green chillies, lemon juice, gram flour, rice flour, salt, chat masala, cumin, pepper powder & asafoetida.
2. ⁠Take lemon sized portions of the mixture & shape them into tikis/flat discs.
3. ⁠Shallow fry them in cooking oil on both sides till crispy & golden brown.
4. ⁠Enjoy crispy & delicious vegetable pancakes with sauce/chutney.
