I am Anita Mohan, passionate about cooking. I like to experiment with ingredients to create new dishes. I'm a stickler for healthy foods and eating habits. Hence I'm drawn to recipes that are both healthy and tasty.
I look forward to creating healthy, balanced meals, whether served at the table or packed in a lunch box. My recipes have healthy alternatives and I try to substitute harmful ingredients with healthy options as much as possible. This includes substituting all-purpose flour with wheat flour, vinegar with lemon juice, sugar with mishri etc. I believe that delicious and healthy food need not be complicated and time-consuming. They can be simple, quick, and enjoyable. Chopping, stirring and tasting is a stress-buster for me that keeps me happy. To sum up cooking allows me to nurture my family and friends.
