芋頭餡的做法
材料:
去皮切塊蒸熟後的芋頭 300g
砂糖 150g(請依自己喜好調整甜度)
鮮奶油 50公克
將買來的芋頭餡去皮切塊蒸熟

依芋頭的含水份不同,鮮奶油份量請自行調整
但切記不能水分太多,否則會造成爆餡
把所有材料放入攪拌機扮成泥狀
搓成一個約20~25公克的圓球

在每塊芋頭餡內包入麻糬,放入盒子內或用保鮮膜蓋好,等待包餡。

中筋麵粉200克
糖粉20克
無水奶油70克
冷水95克
