Markus Torgeby re-visits his tipi home in the wilderness after 12 years

Promising long distance runner Markus Torgeby lived four years in a tent in the Swedish forest to get away from the pressure and chaos in his life.

For four years he lived a very simple life in a used tent, a Nordic tipi from Tentipi, alone in nature. On a budget diet of oatmeal and berries picked in the forest, only doing what it took to survive the day, he slowly caught up with himself and got back on track.

12 years after leaving camp, Markus re-visits his wild home to find the tent poles and some other artefacts from his past life still intact.

Markus is today a motivational speaker and have written the much appreciated biography “Löparens hjärta”, or "The Runner" as it's English translation is called.
