2 tsp salt

ingredients for the filling
300 g pork chopped
200 g mushrooms aear chopped
1 -2 big size onions
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 canor powder
200 g slide shallots and oil for deep fried
ingredients for the dipping sauce
400 ml water
6 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp fish
3-4 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp garlic and chilli 🌶 chopped
