• 2 Tbsp. / 28 g. unsalted butter
• 1 apple , peeled and cored, cut into 8 wedges
• 1 pinch cumin seeds
• 4 blood sausages
• 1 Tbsp. / 14 ml. oil
• salt and pepper

• 2 sauté pans, one of them ovenproof
• wooden spoon
• serving platter

🍎 Ingredients for Pommes En Croûte De Sel
• 2 egg whites
• 1 lb. / 450 g. rock salt
• 4 Idaho potatoes

• large mixing bowl
• whisk
• gratin dish (I used a cast iron pan)
