FAUX LOC FAQ

Q: How long does it last?
A: Faux locs using the Jazz Nicole Method can last up to 8 weeks. However the recommended time is 4-6 weeks for protective styles.

Q: How can I wash it/ take care of it?
A: my advice for washing is to wash your hair every two weeks. Start by spraying a scalp cleansing/conditioning mixture on the scalp with a spray bottle ( equal parts of apple cider vinegar and coconut oil is what I use ). Spray the mixture in the shower, this will get messy. Rinse the hair with water and proceed to shampooing the roots of your hair. Gently rub the shampoo in using your fingers and rinse the shampoo out. I prefer to use a scalp oil instead using a rinse-out conditioner. Let the hair air dry and do NOT blow dry the hair “ to speed up the process “. Please check out my Faux Loc Maintenance Video Here:    • Видео  

Q: How do I remove it?

Q: Can this work on long hair?
A: Yes. ( the longer the better )

Q: How long does this take?
A: every style takes a different amount of time. It all depends on the amount of locs and sections. 4-6 hours is usually the standard.
