Srinagar - we stayed at Mahattas homestay at Srinagar, tariff at this place is Rs 5000 per night, this includes breakfast. It is at a distance of about 4-5 km from Dal lake, Located at a place called Rajbagh.

Below are the activities / key destinations we visited during the road journey from Srinagar to kokernag.

Aharbal Waterfall is the biggest waterfall of Kashmir, there is another one by the name - Drung waterfall near Tangmarg i didn't go there but passed through Tangmarg.

Ticket - Rs 10 per person and Rs 5 for child

Vishaw River also known as Veshu River the Tributary of Jhelum river. Aharbal Falls, where the Veshu falls through a narrow gorge of granite boulders.

Historical Mughal Garden is located in Verinag, Kashmir. The garden is famous for an octagonal stone reservoir believed to be the main origin of River Jhelum. This Jhelum river later enters Wular Lake.

Kokernag is a hidden gem of Kashmir that many tourists haven't discovered yet. Kokernag is known for the botanical gardens, pristine freshwater springs, and rainbow trout farm.

We ended our day at JKDTC Kokernag.
