20g Caster Sugar
640g Water
15g Table Salt

Brushing
125g Butter
125g Ghee

Some clotted cream for the surface

The key for making the best Feteer is resting the dough many times, after kneading the dough then again after cutting into balls then one last time after shaping before spreading in the pan
The layers must be very thin almost see through to ensure the best outcome

you also need to cover Feteer after baking for at least 10 minutes to become softer

Bake feteer in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until puffy and golden at 200 degrees celsius
