YOGA FOR ULCERATIVE COLITIS, CROHN'S, IBS & IBD

If your anything like me and want relief from Ulcerative Colits, Crohn's, IBS or IBD symptoms and what to get on the road to remission then this is the sequence for you. This Yoga sequence is adapted from BKS Iyengar's series for Stomach aliments. Having had UC since I was in my mid twenties on and off till now I can 100% say having a 6 day a week yoga practice has kept my UC symptoms at bay with zero medication. I have also found that a daily dose of Probiotic and Metamucil are my dear friends if I'm having a flareup.
