Maggi launched NEW SPICY MANCHURIAN flavour costing Rs. 20 per packet! We decided to try it, but with a twist. So this is a Machurian Hack that all the lazy bums out there can use. It's super convenient, super easy and super quick!

RECIPE:
1. Crush Maggi brick and cook in boiling water until 80% cooked. Don't fully cook it like noodles
2. Drain all the water and make sure our crushed maggi has completely cooled
3. Transfer it to a bowl. Add veggies (capsicum, onion, green chillies etc), maggi spicy manchurian tastemaker that came along with the packet, and 2 tbsp corn flour.
4. Start mixing and bring it together. You may need to add 3-4 tbsps more cornflour to form a proper dough. It should come together in 2-3 mins.
5. Then make manchurian balls (use gloves so that dough doesn't stick, you can also grease your palms with some oil)
6. Place balls in hot oil and fry them until golden brown

You can enjoy these as it is: Maggi Manchurian Pakode!

For Gravy:
We have used Knorr's Manchurian Gravy Instant Mix
1. Add half packet of Gravy Mix in a bowl, add some water and mix & let it sit.
2. In a saucepan, transfer this gravy mix and add 200-300 ml water.
3. Add Manchurian Balls to this and your Gravy Manchurian is ready!
