蝦乾雞粒煲仔飯：
Dried Shrimp and Chicken Claypot Rice

材料：
蝦米100克
雞扒2塊
冬菇3隻
日本珍珠米2量杯

調味料：
生粉1湯匙
鹽1茶匙
糖1湯匙
豉油半湯匙
油半湯匙
胡椒粉少許

處理：
1. 浸軟冬菇。
2. 將蝦乾浸水30分鐘。
3. 雞扒用清水解凍，加1茶匙鹽乸5分鐘去除雪味、雞腥味。
4. 雞扒沖淨後，用廚紙索乾水分。
5. 切去雞皮、雞脂肪後，將雞扒切粒。
6. 冬菇切細粒。
7. 將雞扒調味：
a. 胡椒粉少許
b. 生粉1湯匙
c. 糖1湯匙
d. 生抽半湯匙
e. 油半湯匙
f. 雞汁1湯匙

烹調：
1. 用電飯煲煮飯，用正常水量的八成。
2. 蝦乾，沖洗乾淨。
3. 當飯煮10分鐘後，順序將雞粒，冬菇及蝦乾放在飯上面，繼續煮飯程序。
4. 完成程序，即成。

水分比一般少一半,飯煮好較為硬
身,又可以索入餸料汁液,咁就更好食

Ingredients:
Dried sea 100g
shrimps
Chicken steak 2 pcs
Mushrooms 3 Nos.
Japanese 2 measure
species pearl cups
rice

Seasoning:
Tapioca starch 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Light soya 1/2 tbsp
sauce
Oil 1/2 tbsp
Pepper a pinch

Preparation:
1. Soak the mushrooms until they are soft enough.
2. Soak the dried shrimps for 30 minutes.
3. Defrost chicken steak in tap water. Add 1 tsp salt to season for 5 minutes to remove unpleasant smell from it.
4. Rinse the chicken steak and dry it with kitchen towel.
5. Remove the skin and fat of chicken steak, then cut into small cubes.
6. Cut mushrooms into small cubes.
7. Season the chicken cubes:
a. Pepper a pinch
b. Tapioca starch 1 tbsp
c. Sugar 1 tbsp
d. Light soya 1/2 tbsp
sauce
e. Oil 1/2 tbsp
f. Chicken sauce 1 tbsp

Steps:
1. Cook rice in rice cooker, add less water, cook for 10 minutes.
2. Rinse the dried sea shrimps.
3. Put chicken steak, mushrooms, dried sea shrimps respectively into the rice after the rice has been cooked for 10 minutes. Keep cooking the rice.
4. When the rice cooking process has been totally completed, serve.
