Linzer Cookies | VANILICI (Linceri) BOZICNI KOLACI

Necessary ingredients for LINZER COOKIES / vanilla cookies that melt in your mouth:
▶ 2 and 1/2 sticks butter (300gr butter or margarine)
▶ 1 egg + 1egg yolk (1 jajce + 1zolcka)
▶ 1 cup powdered sugar ( sheker vo prav 1 casha)
▶ 1 Tbs. vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
▶ 3 and 1/2 cup of flour ( 3 cashi brashno)
▶ a pinch of salt (Sol)
▶ 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder ( prashak za pecivo )
▶ Apricot jam or any mix jam (dzem od kajsija ili meshavina)
1 cup = 128 gr.
