This ten minute pilates inspired upper body workout can be done using bala bangles, wrist weights or even just as a body weight workout! I guarantee your arms are going to feel like noodles after these ten minutes... mine sure as heck did!

I am using these Bala Bangles But you can use any ankle weight or just do body weight:
