I get A LOT of questions and requests on my weekly gym routine and what I've been eating, so I'm sharing my weekly workout split and what I usually eat to support my goals of building muscle and strength. Eating well and showing up at the gym have made me the strongest, fittest and BEST version of myself and i feel amazing these days.

Note I'm NOT an expert in nutrition or fitness, and I'm following a program outlined and supervised by my coach. Always consult your health provider or a professional before you pursue any new fitness or diet plan.
