Sos Karamel Tanpa Whipped Cream / Guna Susu Cair / Salted Caramel Sauce Recipe Without Heavy Cream

Bahan-bahan:

1/2 cwn gula kasar (125g)
1/2 cwn / 125ml susu cair / segar
2 sb mentega / marjerin
1 sk esen vanilla
2 cubit garam

*Untuk sos karamel sahaja tanpa salted tak perlu letak garam dan guna 1 sb mentega dah cukup

*Kalau nak buat sos butterscotch pulak, guna gula perang gantikan gula putih, tak perlu letak garam dan guna 4 sb butter

*resepi ini juga boleh guna jika gunakan heavy cream dan whipped cream

Ingredients:

1/2 cup coarse sugar (125g)
1/2 cup /125ml fresh or evaporated milk
2 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp or 30g salted butter or margarine

*for caramel sauce without salted don't add salt dan only use 1 tbsp butter

*for butterscotch sauce, substitute white sugar with brown sugar, don't add salt and use 4 tbsp of butter

*this recipe can use also for making salted caramel sauce with whipping and heavy cream
