Thanks for viewing.To me the Piano Concerto seems to be a particularly noble medium, with its three movement shape, cadenzas, sonata and rondo forms, bravura passages, ability to relate a narrative in absolute terms and, above all, its contrast of timbre with the orchestra, enabling the piano to stand out. I have tried to keep to this format in my own pieces, whilst trying to introduce some original features.This piece has been played in public and hopefully will be performed again soon.Probably best with headphones and 1080p HD for clarity!Thanks.
