After finishing all sections, the next step is very important.
If you miss this step, the flower will not open.

To open the flower :

Use your thumb and index finger to separate 3 to 4 outer layers.
Soak the flower in cold tap water for 5 minutes, take it out from the water.
Store the flower in an airtight plastic container with a lid, in the fridge.
