Approaching the Scene 186: Nikon 24-70 S vs 24-120 S + How to Test Lenses

Описание к видео Approaching the Scene 186: Nikon 24-70 S vs 24-120 S + How to Test Lenses

(LINKS BELOW) Let’s take a tour of real-world images as well as sharpness test images from these two standard lenses. Along the way I’ll show you how to test your own lenses for frame wide sharpness at various apertures and explain why my beloved 24-70 S is for sale. For someone who always eschewed the big 24-70 zooms, it’s been shocking how much I’ve loved my time with the 24-70 F4 S “kit” lens that released with Nikon’s Z7. In preparing this video I saw just how many of my favorite images over the past few years have been on this “kit” lens. After a bit of testing, I am happy to say that the new, more versatile 24-120 S lens is even better.
