Serperior has returned to Pokemon Scarlet & Violet with the Indigo Disk DLC and it is absolutely broken. Serperior has always been good in smogon singles, it is an OU staple after all. In gen 9 though Serperior takes this to a whole new level and is one of the top Pokemon in the metagame as of right now. So what is the deal with Serperior? How did it suddenly go from a good Pokemon, to a broken one in gen 9, despite the insane powercreep?
