This is one of a number of videos on Business Modelling that provide an overview of various techniques that help the Business Analyst/Architect provide information to the business relating to the change in question. Some are at high-level, early understanding, others provide more detail later in the evaluation and even during the initiative itself.

Here I take a look at the Use Case Diagram, a very useful technique that can be used at high level and for more details. Use Cases, (Ovals), which details in then defining functionality of an overall task, (Bounding Box), and the relationship, (Associations), of the Actors, (stick people!), to these tasks, from a User Perspective.
