2024 Neta S in-depth Walkaround

The Neta S stands as a battery-driven mid-size sedan crafted by Hozon Auto, a Chinese electric car manufacturer operating under the Neta (Nezha) brand. This marque falls under the umbrella of Chinese all-electric car lineups, specifically manufactured by the Zhejiang Hezhong New Energy Automobile Company. The 2024 rendition of the Neta S offers two battery options, a choice between a 43.88-kWh or 43.51-kWh capacity. Its powertrain includes a 1.5-liter engine, propelling the car with a robust rear-wheel drive, delivering an impressive range of up to 1,160 kilometers.

Under the hood, this model boasts a compelling performance featuring 231 PS (228 hp or 170 kW) with 310 Nm of torque. Accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.9 seconds, it reaches a top speed of 185 km/h. Its electric motor positioned on the rear axle generates 170 kW of power alongside 310 Nm of torque. Moreover, the Neta S integrates a 1-speed fixed gear and operates on Series-Hybrid (EREV) technology, equipped with either a 43.51 or 43.88 kWh HOZON EPT4.0 Lithium-ion (EREV) battery configuration.

Adding to its allure, in June 2023, Neta introduced a facelift for the Neta S, heralding it as the 2024 model year, enhancing its features and design to elevate the driving experience for enthusiasts.
