Hey team #everydaywarrior,
are you ready for an intense 40 MIN FULL BODY CRUSHER WORKOUT, With Weights and Bodyweight (I was using a weight plate (a pair of 8 kg each DB).
We have 4 different Circuits in this workout with Pyramid Style, which means we are starting with some slower exercises while we have more time under tension, and then with each Circuity the time under tension will be shorter while the intensity increases.

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍

▸ equipment: a pair of Dumbbells (I am using a pair of 8 kg each DB for your reference), a mat is recommended
